2. Booking & Payment Policy
2.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Written confirmation (via email/WhatsApp) will be shared once payment is received.
2.2 Payment Terms
A minimum advance (percentage as communicated at booking) is required.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
Prices may change due to fuel prices, taxes, permits, or seasonal demand.
Confirmed bookings are not affected unless government-imposed changes apply.
